These terms apply to VibeDesk, provided by ApeMotion Technologies LLC.

Authorized access

Use VibeDesk only with computers, accounts and content that you own or are authorized to access. Keep sign-in credentials and host authorization codes private. You are responsible for the remote actions you initiate and for obtaining permission from anyone whose computer or information you access.

Accounts

Sign-in is required. The same verified email identifies the same account across supported sign-in methods. Different emails, including Apple private relay addresses, have separate device lists. Do not impersonate others, evade access controls or abuse verification services.

Availability

Features vary by platform and release. Development builds use a separate test account service. Network conditions, operating-system permissions and third-party services can affect connections. Keep a separate way to access important computers and data.

Purchases

Any purchase must show its price, billing period and applicable conditions before confirmation. This website does not currently offer a checkout. Purchase conditions will be described when purchasing is enabled.
